  The previous negative review of Nashoba Family Medicine seems unfair. This group was very attentive to me, there is plenty of parking, and the staff is very friendly. My doctor (Dr. Patel) gave me all the time I needed and gave me great advice. I recommend this place.

  This is one of the worst doctors offices that I have ever had to deal with. And considering that I have epilepsy I have dealt with my fair share of Doctors already. The Doctors are very nice, but that is the only good thing this place has going for them. The office staff is horrible at even taking messages. Trying to get a referral from this office from your PCP to the pain management clinic where he sent you should be a fairly easy thing to do one would think, yet it took me calling between the two offices and every time I called pain management they either still didn't receive my paperwork from the PCP, or when it was finally sent they did not send the entire required information. I feel very bad for the Doctors and Nurses who work here because they are great, but the office staff is going to run this place into the ground. They are very rude, even if it has been their mistake. They will give you an attitude and make you feel as if you have done something wrong when the error is entirely on them. If possible I would have given the -1 star, just to warn people to stay away from here.
